Dr. John Zrelak is a 1981 graduate of National College of Chiropractic. He grew up in in Hoffman Estates, Illinois and is married to Traci. They have three children (Lexie, Cade, and Teague), and a dog named Toby.
Dr. Zrelak utilizes the following chiropractic techniques; Diversified, Flexion/Distraction, Sports Chiropractic, Activator, Acupuncture, and Active Release Technique (ART).
“I became a chiropractor after growing up with my father who was a chiropractor. I learned at a young age about the multiple benefits of chiropractic care and wanted to continue the tradition of helping others.”
In his spare time, he enjoys snow skiing, water skiing, wake boarding, and hockey.
Dr. Zrelak is a member of the following organizations; American Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic Association Sports Council, and the Care for the Elite Professional Athlete.
